The person behind the work

Hospitality experience. Marketing thinking. Creative execution.

A studio built on one simple idea: you should not have to explain why an empty Tuesday matters.

Founded by Daniel Olive

From the kitchen to the other side of the table.

Daniel spent 15 years working in hospitality before moving into marketing and creative work.

He has worked in kitchens across Australia and Canada, including:

  • Quay, Sydney
  • La Pentola della Quercia, Vancouver
  • The Melbourne Club, Melbourne

He knows what it is like when a Tuesday is too quiet. When every booking matters. When a bad review hurts. And when a busy service leaves no time to think about marketing.

Daniel later completed a Bachelor of Marketing and Communication and moved into marketing full-time.

Today, his work brings together:

Hospitality. Photography. Websites. SEO. Marketing. AI.

House of Olive was built to bring all of that under one roof.

So you do not have to explain how hospitality works before getting to the work that matters.

The point of view

A beautiful photograph is useful. A beautiful photograph that helps someone choose your venue is better.

The same thinking runs through a website, a Google listing and a plan for the next six months. Start with what your guests need to see and what your business needs to change.
